    How to use it

    1. Pick a quick die from d4 to d100, or type your own notation such as d20, 2d6+3 or 4d6-1.
    2. Set how many dice to roll (1–100) and add a modifier from −1000 to +1000 if you need one.
    3. Press Roll dice: every die appears, followed by the dice sum, the modifier and the total.
    4. The last 50 rolls stay on screen until you press Reset session. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.

    Questions

    Which dice can I roll?

Any number of sides from 2 to 1000, so d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20 and d100 are one click away, and d7 or d37 work just as well in the notation field. A d6 shows pips; other dice show their number.

    Are the dice fair?

Each die is drawn independently with the browser's cryptographic random generator, so every face, from 1 to the number of sides, has the same chance.

    How does the modifier work?

It is added once to the sum of all dice. A +3 modifier on 2d6 means two dice plus three, and the result panel shows the dice sum, the modifier and the total separately.

    Is my roll history saved?

No. The last 50 rolls stay in this page's memory only; reloading the page or pressing Reset session clears them, and nothing is uploaded.
