Yes. The winner is drawn with crypto.getRandomValues and rejection sampling — a uniform integer with no modulo bias — and the wheel then rotates so that entry stops under the pointer.

Yes. Save the current names under a name, then use Save as new for another class or meeting. Lists stay in this browser and open in the wheel or the team generator; nothing is uploaded.
Yes. Use Copy results or Download TXT/CSV on the results panel. The file shows the export time (not each draw time) and the list name each round came from; results are not kept after you reload the page.
